Nyviterra LLC was founded in 2018 by a small team of recruiters who were tired of watching great candidates get lost in keyword-matching software and great companies settle for "close enough" hires.
We started with IT staffing because that's where the mismatch problem was worst — technical roles filled by people who looked right on paper but never fit the team. Since then we've grown into full workforce management, without losing the part that made us different in the first place: we still read every resume ourselves.
Today Nyviterra partners with employers ranging from regional healthcare systems to fast-growing manufacturers, delivering everything from a single contract developer to a fully outsourced help desk.
